This notice explains how I process personal data collected through camillobucciarelli.dev, especially through the contact form and analytics tools enabled only after consent.

Data collected
When you submit the contact form I collect your name, email address, selected topic, and message content. Technical data needed for security and service operation may also be processed.
Purpose and legal basis
I use this data only to read your request and reply. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or, depending on the message, my legitimate interest in managing received communications.
Retention
I keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and any following relationship. If no professional relationship follows, I delete or archive messages that are no longer needed within a reasonable period.
Providers
The form is handled through this site’s API, which forwards the data to Formspree, a service used to receive and manage messages. Formspree may process data as a technical provider under its own terms and notices.
Analytics and cookies
I use Google Analytics only if you consent through the cookie banner. In that case Google may process technical and usage data, such as visited pages, device, browser, and online identifiers. You can reject or change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or object to processing by emailing camillo@bucciarelli.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
